## What do OnlyFans chatters do?

OnlyFans chatters answer the messages fans send a creator and sell paid messages in
those conversations. On an account we manage, the chatters are people on the team that
runs it. They write in your voice and offer only content you made for sale, inside the
limits you set.

Most of a [chatter](https://bunny-agency.men/glossary/#chatter)'s work on your account is conversation. New
subscribers get a hello in your words, and regulars get an answer to what they asked
yesterday. Somewhere in those conversations a fan asks for more, and the chatter offers
it as a [PPV](https://bunny-agency.men/glossary/#ppv) message: locked content with a price, which he pays to
open. Chatters also send [mass messages](https://bunny-agency.men/glossary/#mass-message), one message to
many subscribers at once, planned around what those subscribers have bought before.

A request for something that does not exist yet goes to you. You decide whether to make

## How do the chatters learn to write like you?

The chatters learn your voice from what you give them before they write a word: notes
on how you talk and what you share about yourself, a list of your limits, and example
messages you approve. After that you read along and correct them, and the notes change
whenever you do.

The notes cover practical things: how long your replies usually are, the words you use
and the ones you never would, whether you tease or keep it matter-of-fact, and what you
tell fans about your life. The examples do more work: a handful of messages
written as you and edited until they sound right show a chatter more than any
description.

The limits list outranks everything else, including a fan who offers more money. It says
what you make, what you will never make, which topics you talk about and which you do
not, and what may be offered to which fans. You can change it at any time by telling
your account manager, and the chatters work from the new version.

Regular fans notice a change of tone, and some of them say so. That is why your
corrections matter most at the start, when you read what the team writes and mark
anything you would never say.

## What is sold in your messages?

Your messages sell only content you made for sale, as locked paid messages that
OnlyFans lets you price between $3 and $100 each, plus the tips fans choose
to send. You decide what may be offered and to whom. The chatters decide
when to offer it, and they never promise a fan something you have not made.

Tips have limits of their own: at least $3, and at most $100 from a new fan

One OnlyFans rule matters here:
explicit content is allowed in posts and messages, but not in the bio or the
profile picture. Your profile can stay discreet while the messages carry what you
sell, to the fans your limits list allows.

The chatters do not push. A fan who turns down an offer is still a subscriber, and one
who feels pressured stops renewing.

## What can you see, and what do you decide?

You can read every conversation on your account at any time and change your limits
whenever you like. The team works in your account with access you grant and can take
back, while the login email, the two-factor device and the payout details stay with you,
as does the account itself, in your name.

## Does OnlyFans allow someone else to write to your fans?

Yes. OnlyFans' terms allow someone else to help run a creator's account,
and its contract with fans says they acknowledge that third parties may take
part in chats. OnlyFans also rules out AI chatbots and payments outside the platform,
and it holds you legally responsible for what is written on your account.

The disclosure has been tested in a US court: in a class action over chatters,
most claims were dismissed in December 2025, partly because the terms
disclose third-party agents. Being allowed is a low bar, so ask any agency, us

## What if you are straight and most of your fans are men?

Then the chat will mostly be with men, and the chatters write to them in your voice and
inside your limits, as they would for a gay or bi creator. Most spending on male
creators comes from other men, and no platform publishes the split. You
decide what is offered, and to whom.

For a straight creator the questions tend to arrive in the chat, because that is where
fans ask for things, so decide two things early. How you describe yourself on the
account is your call, and it goes into the notes the chatters write from. Where your

## What do OnlyFans chatters cost?

On an account we manage, chatting has no price of its own. It is part of the management
service, which is paid through one revenue share: 25%–50% of revenue, charged on
what is left after the platform's 20% fee. We publish no hourly chatter rate, and you do not get a separate bill for
the chat.

Freelance chatters and chat-only services are usually paid by the hour, by a commission
on the sales they make, or both. How they are paid decides who carries the risk. With

## When do you not need chatters?

You do not need chatters if you can answer your fans yourself, want to, and the chat
already sells. Writing every message yourself costs nothing but time, and every fan
talks to the real you, which some fans value. Chatters make sense when the messages
outgrow the hours you have.

It shows when messages sit unanswered for days and a fan who asked to buy something
never hears back, or when the chat eats the evenings you meant for making content. If

An account with few subscribers has few conversations to sell in, so the audience is
