OnlyFans is worth it for a man who already has an audience, is at ease with who will pay him and can give it time every day. For most men who start from nothing it earns little, and the costs in privacy, time and risk arrive whatever it earns.
Who is OnlyFans worth it for?
Answer six questions honestly before you open an account. Every "no" is a cost you pay from the first day, and two or more are a good reason to wait:

Nobody knows for men specifically, because no public data exists. Across all creators, OnlyFans paid about $104 a month per account on average in its last audited year, counting accounts that never post, and a peer-reviewed study found that 94% of creators earn less from subscriptions than the average income in their country.
Individual results vary. These figures describe specific creators or a stated sample, not a typical or guaranteed outcome. What you earn depends on your audience, the time you put in and the content you choose to make.
