An OnlyFans agency is a team that runs the business side of a creator's account, usually for a share of its revenue: promotion, fan messages, pricing and planning. The creator makes the content, keeps the account and decides what he sells.
What does an OnlyFans agency do?
An agency takes over the work around the content, so the creator can spend his time making it. What that covers varies from agency to agency, and the contract, not the sales call, is where you find out what you are buying. This is how the work usually splits:

The last row does not change, whatever an agency offers. OnlyFans pays out only to the person on the account: it checks the legal name on the payout method against the ID and blocks changes to payout details. An agency that asks for control of your payouts is asking for something the platform does not allow.
OnlyFans does allow the rest. Its terms say that someone else may help run a creator's account, while the creator stays legally responsible, and fans acknowledge that third parties may take part in running accounts and in chats. Having a team answer messages is permitted. Using a bot is not: AI chatbots are not allowed, and OnlyFans has no public API.
How do OnlyFans agencies get paid?
Most full-service agencies take a share of the creator's revenue each month, and some charge a fixed fee instead or on top. Three details decide what a share really costs you, and every one of them belongs in the written offer:
- The percentage, and whether it changes as the account grows.
- What it is charged on. OnlyFans first keeps 20% of every fan payment, so a share of your gross fan payments costs more than the same share of what OnlyFans pays you.
- Whether the agency keeps a cut after you leave, and for how long.
